- Pack smart. Don't take perishable goods with you.
- Eat every few hours. Eat light foods in every couple of highers which are highly nutritious.
- Avoid oily foods. Don't eat oily foods while travelling as it will make you heavy.
- Increase the consumption of coffee and tea. These liquids are the best way to overcome our hectiness.
- Drink more water. While travelling always carry an empty glass with you and drink about 8 ounces of water every hour to prevent dehydration.
