Cruise Parking- General Information
Rates
The below charges for parking apply to vehicles occupying a single standard car parking space (8.5 feet by 18 feet). Vehicles occupying two or more parking spaces, such as buses or large campers, will be charged double the below rates. All cruise passengers are guaranteed a place to park.

Discounted Pre-paid Parking
The Port of Galveston allows cruise passengers to reserve a parking spot when sailing out of Galveston. With the pre-paid parking program, the Port is offering discounted parking rates for spots in the Port of Galveston's official parking lots. PLEASE NOTE:
The Port of Galveston accepts the following forms of payment:

Refunds
You may cancel parking reservations by emailing parking staff the request, date of departure, and reservation number.

Port of Galveston Parking Lots
The only official parking lots of the Port of Galveston are identified by the official Port logo (shown below). The Port is not affiliated in any way with any private parking lot operators in the City of Galveston. The Port is not responsible for the security of any vehicles parked at an unofficial lot or the transportation of persons or property between the cruise ship terminals and any unofficial lot, nor is it liable for any claims relating thereto. Any complaint or claim relating to vehicles parked at an unofficial lot or the services provided by that operator should be directed to the operator of the lot and not to the Port of Galveston.To pre-pay 1 to 9 parking spaces for your cruise, please fill out the following form.
Pre-payments must be submitted no later than 6am on the day of departure.
Covered parking is not available by pre-payment.
If covered parking is available upon arrival, you may pay the additional cost at that time.

Your parking revenue from port-operated parking lots has supported:

* Construction of a second cruise terminal, so you can vacation on four, five, and seven-day cruises aboard Royal Caribbean International Cruises, Carnival Cruise Lines and Princess Cruises
* Enhancements and new developments at the first cruise terminal, allowing you to sail on the largest ships in the fleet for Carnival Cruise Lines, Royal Caribbean International and Princess Cruises
* The development of a first-class cruise port within driving distance or a short flight from home, saving you time and money

Disabled Vets & Purple Heart Recipients
Free parking will be offered upon arrival to applicable persons with a picture ID and valid documentation from the U.S. government stating that they are a disabled military veteran or Purple Heart recipient. Acceptable forms of proof are:

* DD214
* Department of Veteran’s Affairs service connected ID card
* Vehicle registration with disabled veteran or Purple Heart designation

Identification must be presented at the time of arrival. No refunds will be issued after the fact.

Travel Agents
One free parking space will be offered to travel and cruise agents with a picture ID and a valid and unexpired International Air Transport Association (IATA) or Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) card. This offer is limited to one parking space per cardholder. Identification must be presented at the time of arrival. No refunds will be issued after the fact.

Group Discounts
Group discounts of $10 per car are available when paying at least 10 days prior to the cruise day for 10 vehicles or more. For assistance or further information, please contact parking staff . This offer is only accepted at the Port of Galveston official cruise ship parking lots when paying in advance and is limited to one discount per vehicle, per cruise on groups of 10 or more cars.
